Verfient processses employment and income verification for the following purposes:

• Mortgage and loan lending
• Apartment leasing
• Pre-employment screening

Note: Verifent employment verification requests for mortgage/loan lending, apartment leasing, pre-employment screening, and background checks must be initiated by the requesting organization. Employees cannot submit these requests on behalf of third parties.

Verifiers seeking employment and/or income information for City of Dallas, TX employees must submit VOE/VOI requests through Verifent.
To Submit a Request:

1. Log in at https://www.Verifent.com/log-in. Please note that new Verifent users must register and create an account before proceeding.
2. When prompted, enter the Organization Code for City of Dallas, TX: B79132
3. Please be prepared to provide the employees' date of birth and the last four digits of their Social Security numbers. Additionally, uploading proof of consent, signed by the employee, is required to complete a request.
