Overview

The Thoroughfare Plan and the Central Business District Streets and Vehicular Circulation Plan (CBD Plan) are long range roadway planning documents.  These plans determine the required right-of-way and designation/operation of the roadways within the Dallas city limits.

Here is a copy of the City of Dallas CBD Streets and Vehicular Ciruclation Plan, first adopted in 1971 and updated in 1988.​ Also download a table of streets included in the CBD Plan.​
