Refunds will not be issued for any vital record searched and not found.  The search fee is not refundable and not transferrable. Fees are subject to change.

  • Money Orders or Cashier's Check
    • Make checks and money orders payable to City of Dallas
  • Debit/Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, Diners)
    • Card holder must have a valid ID
    • Card holder name must be printed on credit card

Not Accepted

  • No contactless payments such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Samsung Pay
  • No personal checks
