The Dallas City Council believes it is in the interest of public health, safety, and welfare to regulate and license boarding home facilities. The ordinance adding Chapter 8, "Boarding Home Facilities" and amending of Chapter 33 regulating "Personal Care Facilities" were amended and approved on May 27, 2015.
