Additional Provisions
Retail sales are permitted as part of the warehouse use if the sales are conducted in compliance with the following subparagraphs
- Up to 100 percent of the total warehouse floor area may be devoted to retail sales activities during an occasional warehouse sale. No more than six occasional warehouse sales may be conducted during any 12 month period. Each occasional warehouse sale must be limited in duration to no more than three consecutive calendar days
- Retail sales are permitted at all times as part of the warehouse use when the retail sales area does not exceed 10 percent of the total warehouse floor area
