Restaurant Without Drive-in or Drive-through Service

Definition

An establishment principally for the sale and consumption of food on the premises. (This use does not include a restaurant with drive-in or drive-through service.)

Districts Permitted

By right in GO(A)*, retail, CS, industrial, central area, mixed use, and multiple commercial districts. By right as a limited use only in MF-4(A), LO(A), and MO(A) districts. By SUP only in the NO(A) district. RAR required in MF-4(A), LO(A), MO(A), GO(A), retail, CS, industrial, mixed use, and multiple commercial districts.

*Note: This use is subject to restrictions in the GO(A) district

Required Off-Street Parking

  • As a main use: except as otherwise provided, one space per 100 square feet of floor area
  • As a limited or accessory use: except as otherwise provided, one space per 200 square feet of floor area
  • One space per 500 square feet of floor area used for the manufacture of alcoholic beverages as an accessory use to the restaurant without drive-in or drive-through service use

Must be provided if more than ten off-street parking spaces are required for this use
