An establishment principally for the retail sale of alcoholic beverages for off-premise consumption, as defined in the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Code

By right in CR, RR, CS, central area, MU-2, MU-2 (SAH), MU-3, MU-3(SAH), MC-2, MC-3, and MC-4 districts

One space per 200 square feet of floor area

Must be provided if more than ten off-street parking spaces are required for this use
