A vehicle parking facility that is operated as a business enterprise by charging a fee for parking
Districts Permitted
By right in CR RR, CS, industrial, central area, mixed use, and multiple commercial districts. RAR required in CR, RR, CS, industrial, mixed., use, and multiple commercial districts
Required Off-Street Parking
None; however, if this use is in the central business district, off-street stacking spaces or passenger unloading zones may need to be provided. For more information regarding off-street parking in the central business district

Additional Provisions
- The parking of vehicles that weigh more than 6,000 pounds or that have a manufacturer's rated seating capacity of more than 15 persons is prohibited under this use in all areas of the city except the central business district
- This use must comply with the off-street parking regulations
- If located in the CA-1(A) district, this use must comply with the regulations in the Commercial parking lots and garages Section
