Districts Permitted
By right in CR, RR, CS, central area, MC-3, and MC-4 districts. RAR required in CR, RR, CS, MC-3, and MC-4 districts
Required Off-Street Parking
One space per 300 square feet of floor area, plus one space per 500 square feet of site area
Handicapped Parking
Must be provided if more than ten off-street parking spaces are required for this use
