A private recreational club containing a golf course and a club house that is available only to the country club membership and their guests

By right in CH, multifamily, MH(A), and all nonresidential districts except the P(A) district. By SUP only in A(A), single family, duplex, and townhouse districts. RAR required in CH, multifamily, and MH(A) districts
Required Off-Street Parking
Three spaces for each game court, one space for each additional 150 square feet of floor area, and five spaces for each golf course green
Handicapped Parking
Must be provided if more than ten off-street parking spaces are required for this use
