By right in MO(A), GO(A), CR, RR, CS, industrial, central area, mixed use, and multiple commercial districts. By SUP only in LO(A) districts. DIR required in MO(A), GO(A), CR, RR, mixed use, central area, and multiple commercial districts. RAR required in CS and industrial districts
