A facility containing five or less guest rooms that are separately rented to occupants

Districts Permitted

By right in MF-2(A), MF-2(SAH), MF-3(A), MF-4(A), RR, CS, LI, IR, and central area districts. By SUP only in CR and IM districts

One space for each guest room

None

Additional Provisions

• The operator of this use may serve meals to the occupants
