Industrial (Inside) Light Manufacturing
Definition
A light industrial use where all processing, fabricating, assembly, or disassembly of items takes places wholly within an enclosed building. Typical items for processing, fabricating, assembly, or disassembly under this use include but are not limited to apparel, food, drapes, clothing accessories, bedspreads, decorations, artificial plants, jewelry, instruments, computers, and electronic devices.
Districts Permitted
By right in CS and industrial districts.
Required Off-Street Parking
One space per 500 square feet of floor area
Handicapped Parking
Must be provided if more than ten off-street parking spaces are required for this use.

- Potentially incompatible industrial uses, as defined in this section, are prohibited as part of any activity, operation, or processing conducted under this use.
- This use may not exceed 10,000 square feet of floor area.
