Industrial (Inside)
Definition
An industrial facility where all processing, fabricating, assembly, or disassembly takes place wholly within an enclosed building
Districts Permitted
If this use is "potentially incompatible" [See Potentially Incompatible Industrial Use ], it is permitted by SUP only in the IM district; otherwise, it is permitted by right in industrial districts with RAR required.
Required Off-Street Parking
One space per 500 square feet of floor area
Handicapped Parking
Must be provided if more than ten off-street parking spaces are required for this use.

Additional Provisions
- Accessory outside storage is limited to five percent of the lot. Outside storage that occupies more than five percent of the lot is only allowed in a district where outside storage is permitted as a main use. - Accessory inside retail sales may occupy up to 10 percent of the total floor area of the main use.
