  24 Hour Parking - CBD To report illegal parking on the street in the Dallas Central Business District (CBD) M-F before 10pm. Use other parking SRs for violations occuring on Sat/Sun, after 10pm or outside of the CBD.  
  911/311 Call Center Complaint To report concerns regarding the 911/311 Call Center  
  Abandoned Substance (abandoned drums or containers) To report abandoned drums or containers on city or vacant property that is leaking and is exposed to rain or that can enter a creek, lake or river.  
  Animal - Wildlife/Livestock- Routine To report Wildlife sightings of animals which are behaving in a Non-Predatory and Non-Aggressive manner. If animal is sick/injured/aggressive/chasing people, call 311.  
  Animal Trap Request To obtain a trap for dogs only.  
  Chemical Spill Routine To report chemicals, unknown liquid or solid materials that have been spilled on the ground and are exposed to rain or that can enter nearby creek, river, lake or storm drainage system.  
  Chronic Noise Complaint To report noise complaints of a chronic or recurring nature. For noisy animals use Animal Noise - DCC. For construction noise, use Noise Pollution - EHS during business hours.  
  Chronic Traffic Violation For all traffic complaints of a chronic or recurring nature Monday - Friday 6a-6p & Sat and Sun from 10a-6pm . Other traffic violations should be referred to 911.  
  Chronic Traffic Violation (Evenings) For all traffic complaints of a chronic or recurring nature occuring after 6pm. Other traffic violations should be referred to 911.  
  Court and Detention Services To obtain information related to the Municipal Court, Dallas Marshal and Detention Center, and the incarceration of Dallas prisoners at the Dallas County Lew Sterrett Justice Center Facility  
  Criminal Activities For complaints of multiple criminal offenses; such as burglaries, thefts, and criminal mischief. Request is also for concerns related to police response to such activities.  
  Dead Birds For concerns related to Dead Blue Jays from no apparent trauma. This only concerns blue jays.  
  Extra Police Patrol To request for additional patrol in a specific geographic area  
  Fire - Rescue Dept Administration To report concerns related to Fire-Rescue emergency services  
  Illegal Parking/No Parking Zone 1 to report non emergency parking violations  
  Life Hazard Report concerns regarding; Locking refrigerator/ice box stored outside, Open or collapsed wells, cellars or septic tanks, downed electrical lines or raw sewage on private property  
  Narcotics/Vice Complaints To report all narcotics, prostitution, and gambling complaints.  
  Panhandling For complaints of recurring panhandling at a specific location  
  Parking
     Deep Ellum Residential Permit To apply for residential parking permits in Deep Ellum. Permit Fee: $25 annually for 1st permit and $50 for each additional. Maximum 2 per houshold
     Officer Complaint To make complaints against parking enforcement officers.
     Resident Only Permit To apply for a residential parking only permit due to parking conjestion. Available only in certain areas for single family dwellings
     Valet Permit To apply for a valet parking permit		  
  Police and Fire Pension To request contact from Police and Fire Pension regarding questions or more information about this department  
  Railroad Crossing Repair For concerns regarding railroad crossings. This request is not to be used for malfunction of railroad signals  
  Sidewalk Parking To report when vehicles are parked on sidewalks. If the vehicle is blocking a driveway, street, alley or may be stolen please call 311 for further instructions  
  Signs
    Advertising Signs (Permit) to report issues related to advertising signs for which there is, or should be a permit
    Report sign violations - Apartments Only To report signs in violation of height or placement, signs on vacant apartment complexes and/or sings on operable vehicles: trucks, vans, cars, hot air balloons		  
  Storm Water Construction Site/Erosion Control To report sediment, solid waste, or liquid leaving a construction site  
  Swimming Pool Discharge Report the draining of swimming pools, hot tubs, or ponds into the alley or storm drain system  
  Water Pollution Routine - Creek, Lake or River To report pollution in a creek, lake or river
