Illegal Outside Storage Use this service request to report illegal outside storage. Old appliances (washers, dryers, stoves, etc) junk, building materials or any item that will deteriorate under normal weather conditions. No more than 5% of yard space is allowed for the storage. RV's can be parked in the front driveway. Trailers, boats and motor homes may park in the back or side yard behind the building line and must be parked on approved surface. To report appliances such as refrigerators please call 311.
