  Aviation Noise Complaint To report noise in the surrounding areas of Love Field, Dallas Executive Airport (formerly Redbird Airport), and Dallas Heliport facilities.
  Chronic Noise Complaint To report noise complaints of a chronic or recurring nature. For noisy animals use Animal Noise - DCC. For construction noise, use Noise Pollution - EHS during business hours.
  Convention and Event Services To report concerns or request information on the Dallas Convention Center, Office of Special Events, i.e. event permits, film permits, Dallas Farmers Market and Reunion Arena.
  Court and Detention Services To obtain information related to the Municipal Court, Dallas Marshal and Detention Center, and the incarceration of Dallas prisoners at the Dallas County Lew Sterrett Justice Center Facility
  Criminal Activities For complaints of multiple criminal offenses; such as burglaries, thefts, and criminal mischief. Request is also for concerns related to police response to such activities.
  Economic Development To facilitate economic and community development such as business and economic development initiatives, housing, community development and community service programs in the South Dallas/Fair Park community.
  Extra Police Patrol To request for additional patrol in a specific geographic area
  Graffiti on City Buildings Report graffiti on City buildings
  Graffiti on City Streets & Bridges Report graffiti on city streets and bridges
  Graffiti on Private Property - Apartments Report graffiti on private property - apartments
  Graffiti Private Property - Residential/Commercial Report graffiti on private property - residential/commercial
  Handicap Parking To report handicap parking violations
  Historic/Conservation District Violation To report structures that do not comply with historic district preservation criteria
  Homeless Encampment To report homeless encampments. A homeless encampment is a location where homeless people sleep overnight (vacant lots, under bridges, wooded areas, etc). Do not enter service request for panhandling
  Human Resources To inquire about property damage claims or research due to accidents, labor or executive positions (all other see Civil Service request type) and compensation/classification, staffing, and employee development
  Lock Take and Hide Violation To report properties with 100 parking spaces which do not have the required Lock Take and Hide signs posted
  Lock Take and Hide Violation - Apartments Only To report Lock Take and Hide violations at apartments (Multi-Tenant complexes)
  Museums/Zoo/Fair/Park Facilities For concerns regarding the zoo, fair, museum and park facilities.
  Narcotics/Vice Complaints To report all narcotics, prostitution, and gambling complaints.
  Panhandling For complaints of recurring panhandling at a specific location
  Park Maintenance - Miscellaneous For concerns regarding maintenance of parks, street medians, triangles, atheletic fields, special non-park properties such as libraries and cemetaries, rest rooms, playground equipment and other structures, and picnic equipment
  People Helping People To request help for minor exterior home repair for elderly and or disabled homeowners that are low income. For single family single story dwellings only.
  Shopping Cart
     Shopping Cart left in Park To report shopping carts inside the Parks
     Store Decal Violation To report stores that do not have an Identification Tag on their shopping carts. (Dallas City Code Chapter 31, Section 31-40 (d))
  Special Events Permit Request To request outdoor special events and commercial filming activity in the City of Dallas, includes parades, foot races & street festivals. No permits issued for DCC, Farmers Market, Reunion Arena or Fair Park
  Swimming Pool Discharge Report the draining of swimming pools, hot tubs, or ponds into the alley or storm drain system
  Wheel Chair Ramp/Curb Cuts For concerns regarding the installation of a Wheel Chair Ramp,Curb Cut, or Barrier Free Ramp at an intersection
