Graffiti is defined as any marking, including but not limited to any inscription, slogan, drawing, painting, symbol, logo, name, character or figure that s made in any manner on property without
the owner's permission.
Give Graffiti the Brush is a private property graffiti abatement program designed to assist residents with maintaining clean and graffiti-free neighborhoods.
This program creates a network
of concerned citizens working in partnership with the City to correct our graffiti problems through education, cleanup, and code compliance. Participating groups will receive coordination assistance
paint, paint rollers, and incentives for volunteers.
