Traffic Management Center

The City of Dallas Traffic Management Center is located in the basement of City Hall in downtown Dallas at 1500 Marilla Street.   The hours of operation are Monday – Friday 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM.  From the traffic management center a technician or engineer is able to:

• Monitor traffic signals for equipment malfunctions
• Change traffic signal timings
• Download a message to arterial dynamic message sign about traffic congestion
• View traffic with roadside cameras

To report traffic signal malfunctions dial 311 within the city limits or 214-670-5111 if outside the city limits.
