The Public Works Department is responsible for Capital Improvement Projects funded through voter approved Bond Programs. From building and replacing sidewalks, street resurfacing and reconstruction, building and remodeling libraries and fire stations, to large scale projects such as the American Airlines Center, the City Performance Hall, the Winspear Opera House and the Latino Cultural Center, the Public Works Department leads the way!
