Turnkey Concrete, Precast Concrete, Masonry, Steel Furnish and Erection, General Works, Waterproofing, Roofing, Composite Metal Panels, Overhead Coiling Doors and Dock Equipment, Glass, Elevator, Fire Suppression, Mechanical Combo – Plumbing and HVAC, Controls, Test & Balance, Electrical, Communications and Security.

A Pre-Submittal Conference will be held at the Offices of McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. located at 12001 N. Central Expressway Suite 400 Dallas, Texas 75243 on Tuesday June 16, 2009 @ 1:00 PM. It is recommended that all prospective Proposers attend.

Beginning Wednesday June 24, 2009 the construction documents will be available for viewing on www.msdallas.com . Proposal Packets, Plans and Specifications may be also be obtained from MS DALLAS 23000 Reagan Street Dallas, Texas 75219
