Smoking Vehicles

In order to advise vehicle owners of possible emission problems the North Central Texas Council of Governments created the Regional Smoking Vehicle Program (RSVP). RSVP serves as a tool to report smoking vehicles.
Citizens who see smoking vehicles can report them by the following methods:
