The Dallas Museum of Art is one of the City's jewels in its crown.  Covering everything from Egyptian sarcophagi to contemporary video, and housing one of the worlds finest collections of pre-Columbian art, the Wendy Reeves collection of decorative arts, there are a multitude of fine objects to see here.  The ground floor has 11 paintings by the 20'th-century master Piet Mondrian, and an outdoor sculpture garden.  Major galleries of African, Asian, and Pacific art are available on the third floor.  A special treat is the restaurant "Seventeen Seventeen" featuring New American cuisine.
