Dallas Housing Finance Corporation (DHFC)

The DHFC provides tax-exempt mortgage revenue bond financing for the acquisition and substantial rehabilitation of existing multifamily developments.  The corporation also provides financing for new construction of multifamily housing projects for special needs populations such as seniors and households with members with disabilities.
