Home Repair Program
The City of Dallas Housing/Community Services Department's Home Repair Program strives to preserve and restore the existing stock for low income homeowners in the City of Dallas. The program provides assistance to homeowners for the repair and reconstruction of homes.
Major Systems Repair Program (MSRP)
The City of Dallas Major System Repair Program (MSRP) provides a list of certified independent contractors to homeowners. The homeowners may select a contractor from this list or provide the name of a contractor to be certified to complete repairs using federal funds.

Reconstruction Program
The Reconstruction Program is a referral program from the MSRP. This Program provides assistance when the house is in a condition that is not repairable. The City demolishes and builds a new home on the same homeowner site. The house is built to Energy Star certification.
