When is the "Back-to-School" Fair?

Thursday, August 7, 2008 at Fair Park's Automobile and Centennial Hall Facilities.

Where is the Fair located?

The 2008 Fair will be held at the Automobile and Centennial Hall buildings in Fair Park. Fair Park is located at 1010 First Avenue at Grand Avenue.

How much does it cost to attend?

The Fair is a FREE event and is open to all Dallas Public School children who qualify.

Who qualifies and what information do I need to qualify for the Fair?

Recipients must be Dallas public school children ages 5 - 18 whose families meet the 2008 Federal Poverty Income guidelines. Families must provide proof of income, picture identification and proof of residency of the City of Dallas. For example, a bill from the last 30 days proving you are a Dallas resident.

Will rainchecks be provided if all school supplies are distributed before 2 p.m.?

During pre-registration a voucher will be provided while school supplies last.
