Dear Friends and Neighbors,

First, I would like to thank all of those who supported me during the campaign and have given me the opportunity to serve as your  elected Council Member for District 13. I am honored to have this opportunity to represent District 13 on the City Council, and I will continue to learn, research, and explore City Council issues so I can best represent you as your Council Member. 

As your Council representative, my focus will be on improving the everyday life of our taxpayers and families through improving our streets and parks, strengthening Police and Fire protection, and discovering ways to help our public schools. I look forward to collaborating with you to explore new ways to improve our community even further.

Serving as chair of the Government Performance and Financial Management Committee, I am committed to reducing government expenses and providing adequate public safety and infrastructure dollars. While serving on the Ad Hoc Committee on Administrative Affairs, Quality of Life, Arts, Culture and Libraries and the Public Safety Committee,  I work hard to enhance our City's culture and continue to keep our community safe.  In addition to serving on these Committees, I am honored to be the Chair of the Domestic Violence Task Force and the Co-Chair of the Cultural Tourism Committee of Visit Dallas.

I encourage you to get involved in our community by attending Town Hall meetings, volunteering your time, or serving on your Neighborhood Association or Crime Watch group. Please continue to check this page for upcoming events in District 13 and around the Dallas area.​ ​
