Paving Assessments
The City charges property owners a special assessment for paving improvements to premises which include sidewalks, streets, and alleys abutting and adjacent thereto. The charge is based on the square footage of property improvements adjacent to the public improvement. For payment information, contact the Special License Section of the City Controllers Office at City Hall, 1500 Marilla Street, Room 2DN, Monday through Friday between 8:15 A.M. and 5:15 P.M. or call (214) 670-3438.
