The Office of Senior Affairs assists seniors in the community by collaborating with community organizations to provide information and education on issues regarding senior substance abuse, employment, elder abuse and Alzheimer Disease.

Senior Affairs Commission:
The Office of Senior Affairs also staffs the Mayor and City Council appointed body, Senior Affairs Commission (SAC). The SAC meets monthly on the third Monday, with the exception of July.
