Front Desk Information Center and
Meeting Room Reservations

Our front desk staff is always ready to assist the citizens of Dallas and anyone seeking information about our facility. Staff also can assist with meeting room reservations.

Reservations can be scheduled up to two months in advance.

Reservations are taken:   
Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Rooms are available:
Monday-Friday, 8am-9pm
Saturday, 8am-6pm

Located in building A:

Activity Room (A) & (B):   Capacity 25 people each
Break Room:   Capacity 30 people
Mary Crowley Room:   Capacity 20 people
