Information on Proposed Rate Changes For FY 2026-27

The FY 2026-27 City Manager's Recommended Budget introduces a tiered residential rate structure that establishes separate rates for curbside and alley service, effective February 1, 2027. This approach will better align customer rates with the actual cost of providing each service type, reducing alley-related costs currently included in rates for approximately 160,000 curbside customers.
