The Market is Open!

The Dallas Farmers Market, established in 1941, is one of the largest public markets of its type in the country offering a variety of fruit and vegetables where farmers, producers and dealers sell seasonal crops to consumers.

The Dallas Farmers Market is unique because you will meet produce dealers that compliment the local farmer. Not only will you find your local Texas tomatoes but in addition you will locate your Mexican avocados and discover Washington apples! Another added value to the Dallas Farmers Market is that you are able to buy in large quantities; our wholesale market also offers “bulk sales” from farmers and dealers.

New Programs at the Market!

Handcrafter Market will provide a marketplace for an exclusive segment of specially skilled and artistic merchants. Texas has many talented individuals ready to sell their handcrafted items and the Market will serve as a venue for today's talented and inventive creators, designers, and artists who are interested in exhibiting and selling their quality merchandise to the public.

Community Yard Sales: Dallas Farmers Market welcomes downtown residents and the metro community to take this opportunity to clear out their closets, basements and storage units and sell gently used items at the Market. Find competitive pricing on used household items during this event.

Lastly, the "Busker" program offers residents and visitors to the Market a unique entertainment experience through a diversity of performers: musicians, artist, mimes, minstrels, clowns, actors, and other like entertainers while complementing the Market’s vibrant scene.
