The Revenue and Collections team is responsible for collecting fees mandated by city ordinance and to process various licenses and permits for city customers.

• Ensure that there is accurate information for all revenue collection areas
• Perform collections – send notices and make calls to delinquent customers
• Responsible for Code Compliance revenue
• Educate residents and businesses on the annual license, permit and registration requirements
