Interested vendors may get on the City of Dallas bidders list by  registering online at bids.dallascityhall.com.

How do I find out what/when items are scheduled for bidding?

Notification of all Request for Bids (RFB) and Request for Proposals (RFP) are published in the Dallas Morning News Classified Section every Thursday and on our Purchasing web site: bids.dallascityhall.com.

How does a vendor become certified as a Minority/Women-Owned Business Enterprise (M/WBE) or a Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) vendor?

Vendors interested in becoming certified as a M/WBE can contact the North Central Texas Regional Certification Agency (NCTRCA) at Center Point Two, Six Flags Drive, Suite 128, Arlington, TX 76011, (817) 640-0606. See additional FAQ´s regarding certification on the City of Dallas M/WBE FAQ page.

How do I register an assumed business name?

To file your assumed business name of record, call the Dallas County Clerk's Office at (214) 653-7177 or (214) 653-7102. The County Clerk's Office is located at 509 Main Street, Second Floor Records Building.
