Every Wednesday and Thursday the Dallas Morning News publishes a list of current bid opportunities with the City of Dallas. The bidding process is open to all interested firms, including M/WBEs. A firm responding to a City bid solicitation, even if it's a M/WBE, must comply with the BID Plan.
