Dallas Reforestation Program Deadline A complete proposal must be turned in by the third Monday in June to be eligible to receive trees the following fall of that year. Completed proposals will be placed on a list in the order they are received. The Reforestation Program is on a first come, first served basis. It is possible that quantity and availability may be limited based on available funding and demand. If your group needs to enter into a Mow-mentum Agreement with the City of Dallas Streets department for planting in a median or parkway, submit your proposal to them 3 months prior to submitting your proposal to the city arborist.
