Event Leasing Application - The Event Leasing Application template was created in Microsoft Word 2000. If opened in prior versions, the formatting might not be the same. This application should be downloaded to your own computer prior to completing it. Complete the application and save it, then it can be sent via email as an attachment or you can print and fax the application to us.

How To Save the Application
You can save the application several ways:
Click on the link to open the application in Microsoft Word, select File Save As under the File menu, select the folder you want to save the file to on your hard drive and click in the Save button to complete saving the file. OR
Right-click the link to open the pop-up menu, select Save Target As… command to open the File Download dialog box. In the Save In drop-down box select the folder on your hard drive you want save the file to and click on the Save button to complete saving the file. OR
After saving the file to your hard drive, open it and complete it by filling in the fields (gray boxes) and save the file again. Send the file as an email attachment (see your specific email program's help function for doing this step) and email to Special Events or print and fax it to 214-670-8907.
